Thabal Chongba which is an integral part of the Yaoshang festival is being organised in various parts of the state since the first day of the festival. Youngsters are enjoying Thabal Chongba organised in the middle of the roads in Imphal at night. The organisers have closed half of the roads in Keishamthong, Sagolband, Uripok.
