Imphal, 07 May 2016 ( Evening News) : Former President of BJP Manipur Pradesh and BJP State Election Management Committee Convenor Thounaojam Chaoba today insisted that it is necessary to implement Inner Line Permit System in the state. Responding to the demand of the JCILPS that the political parties make their stand clear on the issue Thounaojam Chaoba asserted that BJP Manipur Pradesh has been supporting JCILPS and will continue to extend support to the movement. He said it is unfortunate that the 3 Bills are lying on the table of President for the past 9 months. Thounaojam Chaoba opined that the 60 MLAs of the state must understand the sentiments of the people and pressurise the Centre into making it an Act.
