Imphal, 25 March 2016 : Members of Kyamgei youth Pioneer Club and Meira paibi lup today staged a sit-in against the planting of an IED at Kyamgei Lairam Wangma last night around  9.45. Unidentified miscreants planted the explosive near the gate of Th. Dojendro son of Thockchom Maimu from Kyamgei Lairam Wangma. The protestors condemned the act and appealed to those responsible to clarify it.  They said the repeated planting of bomb has created panic among the children and expressed dissatisfaction over govt's lack of response to the problem. Bomb experts removed the bomb this morning and safely defuse it. It may be mentioned that a powerful explosion took place at the gate of  Th. Dojendro in March last year causing damage to the house
