Imphal, 08 September 2016 : A car created panic and traffic jam on RIMS campus and RIMS gate yesterday morning. Panic gripped the people after they suspected that an Alto car bearing registration number MN05A-4976, parked since last night on the RIMS campus was fitted with a bomb. Bomb squad broke the windshields of the steel grey Alto car but no suspicious objects were found inside it.
